ORDER PROCESSING

Our  express shipping is processed within 12 hours typically. For standard shipping please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

STANDARD SHIPPING 

Our standard shipping is free for all USA customers. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using USPS, FedEx, or UPS. This Shipping option has an estimated delivery time of 2-7 days. Only valid in the United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii).

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

Express Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Express shipping is processed within 12 hours using USPS, FedEx, Amazon FBA or UPS and has an expected delivery time of 1-2 days. Only valid in the United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to Canada, UK and Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 8 to 20 days for estimated delivery. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, then we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please refer to our refund policy for more details. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@applecidervinegar.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
